Tuesday evening update

The nurses have all asked to put on the blog to pray for Lindsay's lungs. They were a little mucousy today, and they will not be able to put in the Berlin Heart until the lungs are cleared up.

So please pray specifically for the lungs!

PS -- Your cards are arriving!!!

Oh LORD, breathe your healing breath into Lindsay's lungs. Clear them out, dry the mucous up and allow her to breathe on her own fully. We bring her before your throne of grace believing. Give grace and peace to the family as they spend these long days watching your hand at work in her little body, and in the lives of all those she is touching everyday. Bless each person around the world who is standing before you for Lindsay. Thank you for being the awesome God you are. In Jesus name, Amen and Amen.

Father God,

Please place your healing hand on Lindsay's lungs tonight. Let them heal completely and be free from infection. Lord continue to protect Lindsay's other organs from complications. Again I pray that you might completely heal Lindsay at this very moment. Oh Father, we pray her heart would begin to beat strongly inside her fragile body and her circulation would be fully restored and she would be healed completely by your hand. You made the lame walk, the blind see, the possessed free, and the dead come to life. We know that you are able and that you have already claimed victory over all illness and death. I wish my faith were mighty, but it is small and weak. So please join my prayers with all the others that are praying for Lindsay. Hear the prayers of all your people who fear you and humble themselves before your throne to ask for your mercy for Lindsay. Lord I so badly want to wake in the morning and read that Lindsay has been healed and that you have received the glory for this miracle. I ask these things in the name of your precious son, Jesus.

Job 33:4
The Spirit of God has made me;
the breath of the Almighty gives me life.

Dear Lord creator of all breath we ask you to let Lindsay breath easy. I know what it is like to not be able to breathe, please keep her from that. We ask that you heal her lungs quickly. Just as quick as the berlin heart can get here! We know that all things are for your purpose, we love this little girl and the spunk you created her with! Amen

Good morning guys~
Just wanted to say HI! I will be praying for Lindsay's lungs today! Hopefully they will get better so we can get rolling on that Berlin Heart! :)
Laura and Jon~ for some reason a song that Nan(and mom and Dad) used to sing to us,of course depending on who was singing it changed the words)was in my head this morning! Sing it to Lindsay Girl today!

You’re the end of the rainbow, my pot of gold.
You're daddy's little girl, to have and hold.
A precious gem is what you are;
You're mommy's bright and shining star.

You’re the spirit of Christmas, the star on our tree.
You’re the Easter Bunny to Mommy and me.
You’re sugar, you're spice, and you're everything nice
And You’re Daddy’s Little Girl

Love you guys~ Give her big kisses
~Julie

Hi Jon & Laura,

My son Philip who is 9 said to me yesterday, "Why does everyone keep calling God the Great Physician?" He created the Heavens and the Earth, all the stars, massive waterways, the Grand Canyon, and the body is a series of electrical connections and sophisticated pumps run by the most powerful supercomputer in the world-our brain. I think he should be called the Greatest Engineer! I guess he wants to follow in the footsteps of God and become an engineer himself. I just thought that was funny.

God Bless,

Lisa Pampreen

Hi friends!! I'm praying for Lindsay today - that her lungs would clear up and that she will be able to breathe on her own.

Nice kicks, by the way. That picture makes her feet look huge! (Not as big as say.... Toby's feet, but big, nonetheless!)

Laura - Steve Weaver is back at Sandy Cove for the summer and he was asking about you and about Lindsay. And Josh and I think we saw Dana Paulette at WalMart (of course, where else would we shop?)... we talked to her for a few minutes - but we're still not positive that's who it was. It was one of those awkward moments where someone knows your name and starts up a conversation and you STILL have no idea who it is. (Hope she doesn't read this...)

praying - praying - praying
