Mid-morning update

Jan just called and said the infection seems to be worse. They are looking at something with the lung now, so she requested prayer. I will keep you updated as I get information.

Jon and Laura, I visited the DBC Maranatha group this morning and witnessed them doing battle for Lindsay through their prayers! Praise God for these men and women who wield such a powerful weapon.

We continue to pray...

A new friend whom I've never met posted this as today's "Bible Verse Daily Post" on a forum we both frequent:

Isaiah 43:2-3 (New Living Translation)

2 When you go through deep waters,
I will be with you.
When you go through rivers of difficulty,
you will not drown.
When you walk through the fire of oppression,
you will not be burned up;
the flames will not consume you.
3 For I am the LORD, your God,
the Holy One of Israel, your Savior...

Praying that the Lord will do a miracle in Lindsay's body. Praying also that He will give much peace and strength during this difficult time.

With love and prayers,

Susan M.

Having recently gone through some difficult times, I want to share the verses God used to encourage me: Psalm 31:6b & 7: "But I trust in the Lord. I will be glad and rejoice in Your mercy, For You have considered my trouble; You have known my soul in adversities."
May God give healing to Lindsay and His peace to each one of you. You are in my prayers .... Adele
